Shipping costs within the FRG (without islands): For orders up to 149, - EUR net weight value, a maximum gross weight of 30kg and a maximum length of 2.00m, we deliver -including packing costs- for 7,15 EUR (plus 19% VAT).For orders of 150, - EUR net weight up to a maximum gross weight of 30kg and a maximum gross length of 2.00m, we deliver free within the FRG. The COD fee is 9,90 EUR (including 19% VAT) and is charged by the parcel service. Orders which exceed a gross weight of 30 kg, we distribute, as far as possible, to several parcels with a respective gross weight of a maximum of 30 kg. You will be informed separately.Orders which exceed a maximum gross margin of 2.00 m are shipped as freight goods by freight forwarder. The freight costs can not be specified as a flat rate, since they depend on, among other things, after the postcode area. We will inform you separately of the freight costs determined before processing your order.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Shipping costs within the EU:

Euro-Zone1: 24,80 EUR (Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria)

All other countries on request, as prices vary greatly depending on size, weight and destination country.

                                                                                                                                                                                                             Shipping outside the EU: For orders from non-EU countries there are additional customer fees and additional costs. Since these can also not be named as a flat-rate, we will also disclose these fees separately by e-mail.

Withdrawal

You can revoke your contract declaration within 14 days without giving any reasons in text form (letter or e-mail) or if the matter

before the deadline is left to you by returning the thing. The period begins upon receipt of this instruction in text form but not

before receipt of the goods by the consignee (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery)

and also not before fulfillment of our information requirements pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with

§ 1 para (1) and (2) of the German Civil Code and our obligations pursuant to § 312e (1) sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with

Article 246 § 3 of the German Civil Code. The timely dispatch of the revocation or of the goods is sufficient to ensure the revocation period.

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received at the time shall be returned and any benefits (eg interest) drawn.

If you are unable to return the received performance in whole or in part or in a deteriorated condition, you may have to provide us with a decree.

This does not apply to the transfer of goods if the deterioration of the goods is due solely to their examination as it would have been possible

for you in the store business, for example. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay a price for a deterioration caused by the intended

use of the goods by not using the goods as your property and omit anything that might impair their value.

Parcel deliverable items are to be returned at your risk. You have to bear the cost of returning. Non-package items will be collected from you.

Obligations to reimburse payments must be met within 30 days. The period begins for you with the sending of your declaration of revocation

or the thing, for us with their receipt.

 

The right of revocation does not apply to distance sales contracts for the supply of goods made according to customer specification or

- are clearly tailored to their personal needs, or

- which are not suitable for return due to their nature, or

- can quickly spoil or

- whose expiration date would be exceeded,

- for the supply of audio or video recordings or software, as long as the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the consumer.
